Abstracts, both for poster and oral presentations, should be sent until the 28th February to vijornadasgb.posters@gmail.com

Selection of the candidates for oral presentation will be carried out by the Scientific Committee. The results will be divulged to the authors on a date yet to announce. Oral presentations which are not selected can be presented through poster. Oral presentations should be planned to last 10 minutes, with another 2 more minutes for questions. Each candidate to oral communications can only submit a single abstract for selection.

 
At least one of the authors must be registred in the event for the work to be accepted. 

 

THE ABSTRACT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 2000 CHARACTERS AND SHOULD ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING STRUCTURE:

 

Margins: upper: 3,0 cm; left: 2,5 cm; right: 3,0 cm; lower: 2,0 cm; 
Title: bold, letter type "Times New Roman", size 14;
Double spacing after the title; 
Author names: letter type "Times New Roman", size 12, italic, left indentation of 0,5 cm;
Simple spacing after the names of the authors; 
Affiliations*: letter type "Times New Roman",size 9; 
Simple spacing after affiliations; 
Keywords 
Double spacing after keywords; 
The body of the text should have simple spacing between lines, letter type "Times New Roman", size 12. 

*Must include e-mail of the corresponding author
